After you register
How you get your class
There is no portal to learn and no login to remember. Everything for a live class reaches you at the email address you register with.
Automated email delivery is being finalized. Your registration is recorded right away, but confirmations, joining details, materials, and reminders are not yet sent automatically. Until that setup is complete, APRN Academy support will provide your access and instructions directly. If you have not heard anything ahead of a class you registered for, contact us.

Step 1
A confirmation of your place
Your registration is recorded against the email address you enter, along with the class and, for paid classes, the session day you choose.
Step 2
Your live class link
Classes are delivered online through a video conferencing platform. Joining details are provided once the session is finalized and are personal to your registration — please do not forward them.
Step 3
The workbook and materials
Where a class includes a workbook or follow-up resources, they are provided to registrants for that class.
Step 4
Reminders
We aim to remind you before the session so the date does not sneak up on you. All times are US Central.

If you need help
How will I actually receive everything?
By email, to the address you registered with. Add aprnacademy.com to your safe-sender list and check spam and promotions folders.
I used the wrong email address.
Contact us with the correct address and the class you registered for, and we will update your registration.
I need to switch my session day.
Contact us before the class starts and we will tell you what is available for that launch weekend.
Do I need to log in anywhere?
No. Live class registration creates no account.
APRN Academy classes are business education. They carry no continuing education credit, make no income or reimbursement guarantees, and are not legal, tax, compliance, or individualized billing advice. Never send patient information to APRN Academy.
