Educational Disclaimer

APRN Academy is business education for clinicians, not professional advice.

Education only. APRN Academy teaches business, coding, and billing concepts. Nothing here is legal, tax, compliance, or individualized billing advice, and no continuing education credit is offered.

Education only

APRN Academy provides business education only. Nothing on this site or in any class constitutes legal, tax, accounting, credentialing, billing, coding, compliance, employment, insurance, or clinical advice. You are responsible for engaging your own licensed professionals before acting on anything you learn here.

No continuing education credit

APRN Academy is not an accredited institution and does not award continuing education credit, academic credit, or any professional credential. If APRN Academy ever obtains CE approval, that approval will be stated explicitly on the class page.

Coding, billing, and payer content

Coding, documentation, telehealth, scope-of-practice, and payer rules change and vary by state, plan, and contract. Class content teaches the framework and shows you where the authoritative source lives. You are responsible for verifying current requirements with CMS, your state board, your payers, and your own certified coder or compliance advisor before billing anything.

APRN Academy does not audit your claims, does not review your documentation, and does not accept responsibility for claims you submit.

Templates require review

Every template, policy, checklist, agreement outline, and workflow provided by APRN Academy is a starting point. Each must be reviewed and adapted by your own attorney, CPA, certified coder, compliance professional, or insurer before use in a live practice.

No clinical guidance

APRN Academy does not provide clinical guidance, standards of care, or treatment recommendations, and does not supervise or collaborate in the practice of any participant.

No affiliation

APRN Academy is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or accredited by any state board of nursing, certification body, licensing authority, payer, or accrediting organization.
